Please take a look at the relevant video on how to fix your problem. All our blinds come with a two year guarantee with the exception of remote control blinds (one year) and even after your guarantee has run out we are more than happy to do our best to keep your blinds in good order.

It is now our company policy to charge a £15.00 call out fee for blinds that are no longer under guarantee. When we arrive at your home, we will try and fix most problems there and then, and if that doesn’t take too long to fix your problem and no new parts are required, then the £15.00 call out fee will cover the cost.

If we are not able to fix the problem there and then, our employee will price up the required work and arrange a time to come back.
