All our blinds are supplied with a one-year guarantee (remote-control blinds have a one-year guarantee). Even after your guarantee has expired, our team is always happy to help keep your blinds in great condition.

If your blinds are no longer under guarantee, we charge a £25 call-out fee. In most cases, our fitter will repair your blinds on the spot. If the fix is quick and no replacement parts are needed, the £25 fee covers everything.

If new parts or a return visit are required, our fitter will provide you with a clear price and arrange a convenient time to complete the repair.
